EY-Parthenon (SSG) vs Oliver Wyman

How's it going guys,

I have two management consulting offers from Oliver Wyman and EY-Parthenon in their respective NYC offices. The OW offer is a generalist offer while the EY-P offer is in their Software Strategy Group (SSG). My career interests are corp dev/ bus ops at FAANG or an investing role in PE. Although, it would seem that the EY-P offer is a perfect fit, I am concerned with Parthenon's recent brand dilution, as well as the small size and short track record of SSG into PE. I know this forum holds OW in high regard in terms of T2 consulting. I'd appreciate any input.

Thanks!

As to the brand dilution, I've been told that SSG still operates pretty independently of the rest of EY/EY-P, though that might be subject to change. The nature of the work will be drastically different in SSG (they do product and tech diligences), so that is also a factor worth considering.
