Without looking at your resume and how you interview, no one can answer. However, obviously the economy is bad and consulting is competitive in any year.
Take C1 and call it a wrap. Will make no difference vs. like deloitte come resume review time for MBB/T2. Hope that market improves next year and prep hard next summer
Tbh I would take Capital one strategy over most T2’s anyway, even if I had other T2 offers. Not MBB tho. Better MBA pipeline, but obviously less exit opportunities. It’s a different story though if you’re not passionate about financial services/tech…
Rough economy, everyone is going through it. C1 Strat is a GREAT offer though - on par with T2s imo. Definitely better than Deloitte, ACN and PwC MC (if Strat& and not MC for PwC I'd wait for that). Take C1 strat and run with it, you're in a great spot.
I believe Kearney's internship is all under that diversity umbrella. I was confused by the same thing when I was applying last year, hard to find answers online
Capital One strategy is definitely at par with T2 consulting and will be a solid experience to have going into full-time MBB recruiting. In this tough market, that's a great outcome!

Bruh just take the offer you already have

Economy is terrible for consulting (some firms had a less than <50% FT offer rate for their interns)
Take what you have, times are tough right now. Wait for the economy to get better then re-recruit

Similar to this, Im taking C1 strat over T2’s, and so are quite a few of the other incomings who I’ve spoken too.

Bad economy, take c1 and spend a year perfecting your casing and fine tuning your resume so you can crush FT
