I can only speak for MBB interviews over Zoom for Europe/UK. I had a few rounds, and I could see other candidates on the call (before being allocated to break out rooms for our own individual interviews).

I wore a suit + tie, and the other male candidates I saw wore either suit + tie or just a shirt (no jacket, no tie). This latter one was maybe 1 or 2 people out of a dozen people or so. Women wore standard business attire, looked like dresses and shirts. Fairly regular stuff, nothing fancy or out of the ordinary.

I would vote for the suit + tie combo. It is simple, effective, does not detract or distract, and you may as well get comfortable wearing this stuff and doing the work right now. I know it helps me get my head into the game.
