Bumping - also does anyone know if McKinsey does rolling interviews/offers? Is it always best to apply early or does it not matter as long as it’s before the deadline?

not legally, but practically yeh

"We especially encourage applications from candidates who self-identify as Black, Hispanic, Latino, and/or part of Indigenous groups in North America."

Given its this selective, I prolly wouldn't bother unless your a standout if non target div or non div

Realized too late that non-diversity are allowed. Have done some basic casing, but need to finetune the resume and come up with strong behavioral stories. Should I start networking too? Am a freshman at a target but feel stressed right now. Hopefully I can submit before deadline and it won't count against me that I didn't turn it in ASAP.

Very selective but have heard mixed reviews from recruiting if the program is expanding or contacting. FYSBA is no more however after this year.

Update: Got an invitation to come for casual interview at regional office (third choice) and simulation. For context I am nontarget and nondiversity.
