I've been called by Newcastle Distributors which claims to be a commodity and advisory firm. I almost can't find anything about them on the net.
Does anybody know this firm? What are your experiences?

Personally never heard of them, but they're website looks pretty legit. Try job sites that do reviews, like GlassDoor, and see if any employees have reviewed the company.
I haven't got any problems working with them since June 2008. Try their Adviser-Assisted Trading account plans. Customer service is impeccable.
