Hi! I'm currently considering offers from both OW and EYP fulltime but not sure which I should choose. The base for OW is 10k higher but not sure if that's significant enough to consider. Does anyone have information on key differences in reputation, culture, exit opps, work, career progression, etc. that I should keep in mind?

Are you interested in PE? EYP does way more due diligence than OW and you could land a middle market investing/deal team role from there (I’ve seen it happen). OW is much more financial services-orientated / that’s their best practice. PE will be harder outside of operating roles but if you want to do FS than OW for sure. I’m not exactly sure on each firm’s secondary strong practices, after their first key areas, but but consider those as well. 10k is a difference but not a major one, especially over time, if EYP is better for your goals.
