Oliver Wyman Paris or Sun Life Rotational Program

Hi there,

I received an offer for a junior consultant position in OW Paris and an offer for the rotational program of Sun Life Financial. I suspect that most people here are familiar with OW so I'll talk about sun life. The program is 3 years each year in a different position (technical/project management/corporate strategy). 80% of the participants then end up in managerial positions.
Any thoughts on the learning experience and exit opportunities in both?
