Pre Job Finance Background

Hi Everyone,

I am about to join a consulting firm that deals pretty heavily in due diligence work and they prescribed several pre start date books to read. I do not have a finance background, and was hoping to find something online/ free that could brush up my skills.

I want a summary of I guess accounting balance sheets / cash flows etc

and then maybe something on DCF's.

Any info you guys could provide would be great.

Thanks,

Run
