product management recruiting for undergrads?

I am not sure this is the right forum, but I figured consultants have the most closely related experience with product managment.

Do big tech firms actively target undergrads for junior/associate PM roles, or is PM recruiting only open to MBAs?

Yes there are various APM/RPM (Google, FB, Uber etc) programs within big tech and they are VERY competitive- small classes and tons of interest.

Do they target the same consulting/finance universities, or is it geared more to top CS schools (UIUC, GT etc)?
