University placement

Hi everyone, I’m quite new here so be patient please.
I’m currently an undergrad student from a Non-target uni in Europe. My aim is to get into the consulting world so the target companies are kind of obvious.
The question is if I should go study( master in management) in a semi-target in the US as Vanderbilt, McCombs, Georgetown, Cornell ecc.. or in one of the best 3 universities in Canada as UBC Sauder, Queen’s and Ivey.
The goal is to work in the US for personal reasons.
