(US) Oliver Wyman vs Roland Berger

I've been fortunate in recruiting this cycle and have a good problem to have.

Which of these firms is a better choice in the US? Is it a no-brainer to go for Oliver Wyman? I'm thinking longer term opportunities, b school placement, exit opps, breadth of work, etc.

I'm heavily leaning towards OW but I know RB is a stronger name in Europe, is growing in the US. It's been tough finding anyone in RB in the US, they are like almost nonexistent.

I only know 1 person at RB in the US, so take it for what it's worth.

Are you interested in financial services? OW is the clear choice.

Hate financial services and want nothing to do with it / interested in moving to Europe & doing more operational / industrials type work - then RB.

Not sure and just looking for optionality in your career, would prob lean OW

I agree with above. Even RB itself considers to be the US it's backwater. If you're interested in Europe or Asia, RB is definitely the way to go and the stronger name. If you're specifically interested in financial services, or US-focus, than OW is the better option.
