Which offices should I apply for?

I am submitting my applications to Mck and BCG next month (workshop application. But they will use the same application for full time. ) And have no idea which offices I should choose.

I am in grad school in PA. Not core school. Last year, some folks from my school ended up at Mck, Small offices like Pitt office. So this year I would like to follow the same strategy, applying to the less selective offices. I now have done some networking with people at BCG New York, nj, Houston. And I have technology background and am interested in entrepreneurship, energy and other technology area.

So I am thinking about about Silicon Valley, Houston, NJ for McK. But Silicon Valley and nj sound pretty hard and competitive. What other offices would you suggest?

Houston, nj, newyork, Seattle for BCG, considering the networking I have done. Still nj ny offices sound competitive. Any other offices should I consider?

Many thanks!
