FT Analyst pay listed as hourly rate ?
Have two offers from large global banks in similar roles --
Bank #1 Offer letter lists base pay as hourly and references prorated 52-week salary based on 40hr workweek.
Bank #2 lists base pay as salary, no mention of hourly
I am confused about the hourly language in bank#1 b/c it's more similar to what I am used to seeing in internship offer letters. Is hourly pay for FT analyst standard / normal? I know OT would be a huge benefit but I assume this will make them more stingy with tracking hours/lunch/etc.
