Insights into Stepstone Private Debt?
Currently a second-year IB analyst and was looking at co-invest/secondaries roles with some of the well-covered names here (Ardian, HarbourVest, etc.) and saw that there was a lack of info on StepStone in general.
Does anyone know anything about their private debt group regarding culture, pay, comparability to competitors, etc.? It looks like they have a flexible mandate re fund/coinvestments/secondaries/direct lending which looks interesting but are they focused on any specific area? What kind of skills/exposure would a role with this group provide?
