Just trying to work out if an early career move from CRA to a decent private credit fund is possible. Do head hunters reach out? Is it possible with networking? Do they prefer IB/FI experience? Any insight would be great

It’s not very feasible to move from CRA to PC given the lack of modeling and transactions experience at CRAs. I think the better approach here is to try to move into Corp banking first and then PC
