Going from IB to ER?
Currently starting my 2nd year in IB at a regional boutique in LA. Starting to feel tired of the role and interested in pivoting to ER ideally at a larger bank. Has anyone made this move and if so have any advice on lateraling?

I think Wedbush has a team out here in LA. I may be wrong but I don't know many ER positions that are located in LA.
What is comp like for them?
It should be possible given similar skill sets. Have you tried networking internally with the team?
