Have a zoom interview for a lateral with a BB next week, person interviewing me is a VP in SF.
-Suit+Tie / Jacket + No Tie / Dress button-up + vest/pullover?
-Are beards still a no-go?
I have missed the mark multiple times in the past on this, and although I always feel comfortable in a suit, I rarely actually wear one around the office (MM IB outside NYC/CHI/LA/SF)

These days usually a button up and a pullover. I will probably skip the pullover for the interview. Any comments about facial hair?
Better to be clean shaven until you can assess the culture of the office on facial hair
Suit jacket and tie - always better to be safe than sorry. It’s an interview
I'd echo, but personally would ditch tie - maybe that's just me.
Unless they tell you not to wear a suit and tie wear a suit and tie. If they said business casual you can start looking at deviating
Wear a damn dress shirt...nothing more.
Nothing more weird than seeing a fully suited and tied up banker on zoom in their chit lower Eastside apartment.
