Good suits for upcoming IB Internship?
Do you recommend looking at any specific brand that is a good value for money regarding suits? Hugo Boss seems to have some nice options below 800€, is it worth it?

Hi Prospect in IB-M&A, check out these threads:
More suggestions...
I hope those threads give you a bit more insight.
It appears you’re in London? But if you’re in the US, I go to IndoChino. During their sale season, I stock up and they are custom fit. Have a nice collection by now or 8-10 suits.
Suit supply. Best bang for buck going around.
Agreed. Suit supply holds it down. I grabbed 2 Lazio suits from there (charcoal/navy) when I first started my FT outta college, still wearing the same ones years later. Just think of them as long term investments (don't go too cheap) and make sure to get them tailored to your liking.
Be sure to get it tailored, it makes a world of difference. Also, stick to navy and charcoal.
1 Navy & 1 Charcoal Napoli fit from suitsupply
5-8 shirts from Charles Trywhitt and you should be fine. Throw one or two pairs of leather shoes and it should all cost ~$1500-$1700
I like their Lazio suits as well. Any idea what the difference is?
Lazio is slimmer, both the jacket and the pants are very close to your body. Napoli gives you a more conservative and comfortable look. The Lazio fit, while nonetheless fashion-forward, is a bit less appropriate for the workplace (nothing wrong with it, if you have a slim build). Although, it depends on your body build and what fit looks better on you. I’d definitely go and try it out in person before making a decision.
I would avoid brands like Hugo Boss or Armani, cheap materials and quality is nowhere near the price tag imho. If you're in Europe, Boggi makes some decent suits (but avoid everything else they make), Suit Supply is also a good option and should be cheaper
