my office is pretty casual now so I get away with wearing Lululemon ABC pants and dress shirts (Mizzen + Main, State & Liberty, J Crew), or sometimes even tucked in Polos (Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, Holderness & Bourne). I have black driving loafers (Oliver Cabell), black cap-toe oxfords (Carmina), Brown loafers (Beckett Simonon), and black leather sneakers (Thursday Boots) that I can sometimes wear on casual fridays with jeans (Mavi, Paige, AG). I have a Navy Blue suit (Suit Supply), lots of ties that I never wear (so many brands I get as Christmas gifts). I also have some Patagonia and Arcteryx vests that I dont wear so often anymore.

I’m the same way. I hate how the suit is being phased out of office culture. In my internship this past summer, I did feel out of place when I wore more traditional outfits. I feel like your main priority as a jr is to learn and fit in but stand out through your work. I would get a feel for the culture and dress accordingly, unfortunately.
