Voting no. Still facial hair. I guess it depends a bit on how far up you are, then again shaving every day is pretty normal. Lumberjack can be risky.

 

No facial hair in finance unless you are MD! Just like braces and bow ties are reserved for MDs, beards and moustaches are reserved for that group as well. If you work for government you can do whatever you want since you don't have to worry about image that clients see.

I am assuming that the firm in question is not the traditional financial firm and it is not in the traditional location for financial firms.
