Minimalist Dress Shoes?

Hi all!

I was wondering if anyone one here has experience wearing minimalist dress shoes. I have run in barefoot shoes for a while now, and was curious to how they would translate into the office environment, and if perhaps they could help ease my back pain.

It seems as if Primal Professional's cap-toe oxfords are the only alternative. Any other recommendations?

Should I perhaps go for Rockfords with the adidas cushioning instead? What dress shoes are best for comfort (and somewhat orthopedic)?

I think that a lot of dress shoes are going to have to be broken into for the first few weeks or so. I never bought a super expensive shoe before so I could be wrong but the ones I do get have to broken into. But to ease the pain you can try those blue gel like plastic foot cushions. I will definitely research those.
