Office-appropriate jewelry

Hey all, incoming (female) analyst here.

I’m pretty rough on my jewelry and I’m generally not too keen on status jewelry (Cartier/van cleef) so I was wondering if it’s acceptable to wear minimalist pieces from Etsy/h&m despite being costume jewelry and not usually “real”.

I’ve worn small studs, a small herringbone necklace/bracelet set from Etsy as well as a few stacking rings from h&m as my daily look for the last few years, hoping that’s acceptable for office-wear.

Thanks again!

Yes that’s fine. For your own sake just don’t let them corrode to the point of turning green, or looking noticeably cheap but fast fashion jewelry that looks standard is fine. Start more conservative with styling in the beginning, you can get more fun with stacking after you get more established.
