Opinions: which necktie do you like more?

Hi everyone! I have a million ugly ties and I am about to buy a new one. Which tie do you like more, together with light blue and/or white shirt and the grey suit? I indent to aim into quant/risk side of finance and indent to use the attire at interviews and when visiting firms. I live in Europe (Sweden).
Thank you a ton!

"Suit with ties":
Suit with blue and white shirt; blue and golden ties

"More ties":
Blue and White shirt with above ties + two new ties (should match grey suit).

I can't tell what color the stripped one in "Suit with ties" is; i'll assume it is red or yellow. I would go with blue for a conservative look, or red with stripes for a flashy look. Chose what is best for your job. Blue is better for most jobs. However, if you work in sales or politics red is generally better.

I liked the dark blue one as well, but I found it difficult to match a dark blue tie with charcoal grey suit. Also, the gentlemen in the store didn't think it mathes well either. Does it ever look good mixing dark blue with charcoal suit?

I agree that I need a haircut, I normally get them just before important events (i.e. not when studying). My hair grows so fast that I need to let it be sometimes, or I would be bankrupt already! ;) Shorter definitely looks more professional and cared for!

(Sometimes I would really like to have the same har-genetics as Mr. Art.Vandelay* (first post))

    • That is George Costanza from Seinfeld.

Also do not wear purple unless you are an MD or higher. It could be taken as a sign of haughtiness.

Dark blue tie is the best. I would also suggest a shorter haircut.

I would agree unless a clever comb-over is used. It really lengths the time between hair cuts.
