I’m an incoming IB intern at a BB in NYC. I worked at a hedge fund in NYC last summer and the dress code was pretty relaxed. What should I be wearing in the office? Does anyone have shoe recommendations? For men I feel like it’s pretty straightforward but for women I feel like it’s a little unclear. Also, I’m 21 so I don’t want to look like I’m playing dress up.
