Look, its hard to plan things out like that. Opportunity finds us in ways we can't even imagine. Its your job to take them no matter how tough it is to get. If you feel a BB analyst is the right place, then do it.
Opening a fund depends on the fund you worked in before that. So your first goal would be to find a company that uses a strategy that you are interested in. So, what type of strategy are you interested in?
