Anybody gone through DE Shaw first round?
Has anyone gone through the D.E. Shaw first round interview? I understand it is very technical, as opposed to the fit questions asked in investment banking interviews. I have reviewed my computational finance, economics, math, and finance textbooks. I doubt it will be of any help, but I also studied the Vault Finance interviewguides. Does anybody know what kind of questions they ask?Is there anything else I could do/ F.Y.I. I am a senior, but would like to get a head start on prepping for interviews (I want to get ahead). And does anyone know anything about the culture? I'm guessing, like Bridgewater, it's pretty casual. Any information is appreciated. Thank you, and may the force be with you.

Seconded, I have the same question. I did a search for old posts on this topic, but would be very interested to hear from anyone who has gone through th process recently.
depends on what position at DE Shaw you're interviewing for
