Boutique IB or small L/S HF for sophomore summer?

I have offers from a small boutique IB shop in LA (team of 10-15 people) and a small global L/S equity HF with around $150mm AUM in NY for this summer. I think the HF would be more intellectually rewarding (I'll be able to specialize in a specific industry that I have prior interest in while also receiving financial modeling training) but the boutique IB would be good to develop IB technical skills and familiarity with the sell-side process (however I'm not sure how much modeling experience I'll get). I'm looking to leverage my sophomore summer experience for FT IB recruiting in case I don't land at a top EB/BB this recruiting cycle. What do you think would be looked upon more favorably by FT recruiters?
