Credit HF Offer Consideration

Hey guys, hoping to get a bit of feedback on what to consider when evaluating an offer to move over to the buy-side from IB (i.e., base / bonus / sign-on bonus / guaranteed comp bands, etc.). I'm in the final stage of a ~10B AUM credit HF in NYC and, fingers crossed, it sounds like the team and I may be discussing an offer in the near future.

I've heard some competing views regarding comp when talking to a few folks in similar seats. But, I think a 1st year HF analyst should look to be ~$150 base / ~$250 total target comp, with the total stretch comp maybe topping out at $300K (with upside convexity increasing in later years).  Appreciate anyone telling me these figures sound off-base or any other thoughts on what to consider when discussing an offer.

Thanks!
