Elliott - interview process
Hi,
Does anyone have insight on what to expect in an interview process for Elliott? E.g. # of rounds, if there's a case study / what sort of case study, etc.
Given they're activist / special sits / flexible mandate I'm unsure what to expect vs a pod or long-only SM where you're likely to get a name and be asked to do a model and make a recommendation.
Thank you in advance
BREAKING NEWS: folks who have gone through Elliott interviews don't have WSO accounts
False. I have gone through the interviews but just prefer not to share things like that here. The people working at these places aren’t crazy. They lurk on these forums all the time but just choose not to participate. These are normal people that eat at the same places and waste time on forums / YouTube just like the rest of us lol
Alright. Correction: folks who have gone through Elliott interviews on WSO won't share over this platform. Wrong channel.
That, and, we can't lol. those EA's are robust and wrt solely interviews, signed confidentialities post screening interview
Hmmm, that gives me food for thought. Not sure I want to work at a place where people don't also waste their time on message boards for internet clout
You will have to take pretty in depth psychological analysis type tests
