It looks like they have $5.5bn+ under management and 5-6 investment professionals. Their fund seems incredibly concentrated across 12-15 companies and most of their investment professionals have typical private equity backgrounds. I'm guessing it's a pretty good place to work, but doesn't seem like they hire often at all. I can't imagine they have a lot of turnover in their portfolio so it doesn't make sense to add a ton of headcount even if they've grown AUM over the past few years. The portfolio looks pretty similar to a lot of other long-only shops that focus on compounders.
