Israel HF to London Value / L/S fund

Hi guys,

Would appreciate your thoughts here.

I worked for a local Israeli special sit HF for the last 5 years (titles are different here but the equivalent would be somewhere between a sr. Associate and a 1st year VP), additionally I have a few years of transaction advisory experience from one of the Big4. MA in Finance & Economics (Honors) from a major Israeli Uni.

Considering to move to London / Amsterdam or Australia in the next years. I know that London could be extremely competitive, what would be my chances to get into a L/S or a value oriented HF? What road map would you suggest? Do they usually prefer local MBA graduates?

Thanks 🙏
