Structured Credit HF; Junior Analyst role, is this a good opportunity?

Currently work as a quant developer at a HFT startup on 46K; aspire to be quant researcher / portfolio manager. Have some exposure to futures prop trading, FX market making. Like maths, finance, coding, can talk to clients.
Opportunity at a 150M USD AUM fund.
Opportunity to get exposure in fixed income, derivatives, structured finance.
Initially role rotational; looks like will be plenty of documentation, risk work. No guarantee that will end up in investment management role; depends on business need. Quite soft, mostly Excel modelling.
Saying they will only match my current salary.
