UK Insolvency Process Reading
Hi all - at a credit HF - I've been investing in Europe more and I figure I should probably understand the UK Insolvency process and outcomes more than I currently do for the amount of UK investments I have on. Are there any books or good primers that can help me out here. I'm ideally looking for a more advanced version of Moyer's but for UK Insolvency. Also if there are any good law firms who have good primers, I am happy to reach out to them and get it from their London guys.
I'm specifically talking about UK Insolvency and not UK Schemes of Arrangement or Part 26A RPs as I have a decent understanding of those.
Following. Interesting.
Btw OP, do you have a legal background?
Nope. But I like to have as much of an understanding as reasonably practical considering the fact that lawyers get hired at some point in the process anyways.
Please , when you get it can you share? I 'm also interested in this
Reach out to any of your mates at K&E etc and ask for their primers. They’ll have a ton available on hand
