I'm no expert on this but I believe they are taxed as 20% for the highest tax bracket as of the latest change in policy. For everyone else its 15%.

Couldn't speak towards the difference between qualified and ordinary dividends, but I believe qualified dividends are dividends distributed that solely consist of money earned through operating activity. Maybe someone else can give more insight into this section.
