I honestly wonder how they will manage to keep their position in the league tables while cutting costs and investments in the investment bank

 

Is Barclays using the BAML approach of low bonuses to push out individuals without layoffs? Maybe this is designed as part of the restructuring?

 

The problem with comparing it with the BofA approach is that BofA screwed everyone across every bucket. It is not like the top bucket people at BofA got paid well either from what I hear.
