Disclosing dyslexia at a BB - Potential adverse effects?

I will be interning at a BB soon. My dyslexia was brought up by the HR in the pre-employment screening. They asked me to provide some documents regarding it, which I did.
I was wondering if you have some experiences with such issues. Could it adversely impact the team allocation/FT hiring?
I don't think it would affect my performance on the job. I am joining IBD not S&T, hence in the worst case scenario I'd just need to grind a bit more harder than the others. However, I am not sure how information about a such disability would be view be senior bankers.

I have heard his story as well as some other people who were successful in the field despite dyslexia.
I was just wondering what would be the view of senior bankers, or Analyst/Associates that might not want to work with that person when notified about it by the HR (as he/she can be viewed as more prone to make mistakes).
I would not disclose it. Disclosing it won't have a positive effect under any circumstance, and in some cases it could have a negative effect. Even if the policy is not to discriminate and people tries to do so, we all discriminate unconsciously. You don't want to show any potential negative points to your employer.
I wouldn't have disclosed it to begin w/, but it may well end up being a complete non-issue. I have dyscalculia and never disclosed it in school so that potential future employers wouldn't have any of knowing about it. The rationale was that I could see scenarios where it ended up hurting me and none where it ended up helping me.

As I have dyscalculia too, and I'm applying for an IB role. Would love to get some insight.
No real insight to provide outside of not disclosing it because it doesn't actually matter and bringing it up can only serve to hurt you. It's a minor / unimportant hurdle which doesn't really affect you on the job. Has straight up only manifested in me having to move slightly slower than I otherwise would when transposing numbers from documents into Excel.
Hi mate, I also have dyscalculia and thought I might just fire off a shot in the dark here and ask how you made it through school and tertiary education, especially as it pertains to tests and exams. Were there any strategies you implemented while studying and or during tests/examinations to get your head around math problems? Further, how did you navigate the recruiting process and, now, life in finance? For context, I can model and make pitch books very well (I've been fortunate enough to do well in a few competitions) but have to work my butt off academically to try and get the necessary grades sometimes with little reward. Any insight or advice you might have would be greatly appreciated.

i don't think you should disclose it - there's just no upside FWIW i have ADHD and don't plan on telling anyone formally / officially
