How much do recruiters make for every Graduate & Intern hired
So just wondering. how much do recruitment firms make per graduate / intern that get hired through them?
Any idea on how much it costs for firms per graduate / intern internally, if do it all themselves? what would that figure look like for firms that are 100 employees or less, or even 20 or less?
any info on both US / UK would be appreciated. any statistics you can link would be appreciated.
For internal recruiters (ie at a bank) none, and doubly so for the people who focus on campus/intern recruiting. They are salaried and get a bonus, number of interns hired is not a good metric to comp them on because banks have a set number not determined by that person
Commission on hired candidates is for external search firms (HHs) not internal recruiters
OP is talking about 'recruitment firms' i.e., external search. You did not answe their question
