Interviewing with the flu

I have a superday tomorrow for a top MM bank but, as you can probably guess from the subject of this thread, I have the flu. I thought it would be gone by now as I came down with symptoms a week ago, but apparently it hasn't completed its cycle.

Anyways, my question is how should I handle this in my interview tomorrow. I'm kind of drowsy because of the medicine I'm taking, and I have a nasty sounding cough. Basically I'm just a little bit slower than I normally am. Should I mention this to my interviewers so they just don't think I'm lifeless, or would this look like an excuse? I could also see them being pissed I came in to interview when I'm sick. I thought about calling the recruiting lady I had been talking with to see if I could push back my interview, but I figure I run the risk of losing an offer since everyone else will interview that day.

Any advice? This sucks so bad, I really want this job but I am just not going to be on top of my game during the interview like I normally would be.

I had the flu during a first round interview and I mentioned that I had the flu in the very beginning. I passed the first round and got to the final rounds but the first round was a phone interview so I couldnt get the interviewer sick. I would call HR and ask them because if I was interviewing a kid and he was hacking away and had the flu I wouldn't want to be anywhere near the kid.

What if she says to just not come? Then I have 0% of getting an offer.

One of my friends had the same issue. They just gave him a phone interview. I say it's better to call the lady than to risk pissing off the interviewers.
