Should I target IB analyst programs at banks in London, or should I continue to move forward in asset management?

Hi! I'm an international student from Singapore. I'm currently pursuing my MSc in Finance program in Amsterdam. I have recently finished an equity research internship at a Dutch investment bank and going to start another internship at large asset management company.

After having some conversations with some peers who did internship in M&A, I realized that M&A would be exciting too. Since most Dutch banks have language barrier for M&A, do you think I should target analyst programs at banks in London, or should I continue to move forward in asset management in the Netherlands?

I don't really have any preference between both options. I'm looking for some guidance from experienced professionals here and from recent graduates.

I know it's a different question but I'm starting the MSc Finance and Investments at RSM this week. Did you find difficult to land a job in the Netherlands without knowing Dutch?
