MM/EB Industrials

Traditionally we all know that BBs are good at industrials due to their big BS to support the heavy NWC requirement of the transactions. What about the EBs and MMs that play in the space? I heard Baird is top-notch in the MM space. But what about other firms like RJ/Lincoln/Blair/HW/HL? or Boutiques like PWP/LAZ/MOE/GHL/GUGG?

Of banks you mentioned, only familiar with Gugg NY. Since November have done 4 big deals (all $7b+).

Group did some big ones in mobility in 2021, but nothing much before that. They got slammed on here last year for being a poor industrials group.

Both are solid groups. Jefferies Industrials is a bit more of a volume shop, getting in a lot of deals in the MM-UMM space, but they have good deal flow. Rothschild Industrials is probably their best coverage group in the US, and is also very MM focused with some larger deals here and there. A lot of Rothschild's larger deals are cross-border deals they win from leveraging their international presence and offices.
