Moving from MM SA to BB/EB FT

Went through 2024 SA recruiting, unfortunately didn't end up getting the offer I wanted. I do have a 2024 SA position lined up at a MM in NYC (think RJ, Lincoln, Piper). While I know the FT process can be an uphill battle, I wanted to know if there is anything I can do to set myself up well to get in the processes at BBs or EBs?

Any insight on the process would be appreciated.
