Curious what PJT pulls in London for analysts and associates. Also comp data on other EBs would be helpful. For reference, BX and KKR are 150-160k all in for An1 pay.
True last year... far too optimistic this year. You'd have to be delusional to expect £170k ($220k) TC as an AN1 at PJT. Realistically closer to £120-£130k, whilst most other banks will be £100-£110k.
Bonuses will be lower across all banks, but PJT balances out the lack of M&A deal flow with RSSG and secondaries, both of which are booming given the current environment.
If TC is £125k as you said, thats ~40% bonus. It would really impede the status of places like PJT if they pay like that (they emphasise top of street pay including most buy side programmes). I don't think they have ever given bonuses below 75%.

Heard that it's GBP 80k base salary + 10k signing bonus for AN1. Not sure about total bonuses
Bump
A1: £80k base + £10k signing + 80 - 100% bonus
A2: Increases £10k on base
A3 (stub): Another £10k
Associate: £125k base + Bonus of ~100%+ Unsure of the A2A signing bonus

What is the duration of the stub analyst (year 3) year?
Damn associate base is only £125k?? What are the hours like for associates in the London office?
Unfortunately £125k base and c.100% bonus is top of the market in London for associate 0/1. Most pe funds and bbs pay a lot less than that.
US MF's pay the same as PJT (usually benchmarked to US TC). absolute top of the street is c. £250k TC + 75k free coinvest
really? 125 base for A1? damn
Associate 1 - yes
