Raymond James vs Stifel SA2025

I have an offer with Stifel for their fixed income summer analyst position. However, I’m likely to also get an offer for Raymond James for fixed income markets as well. I want to eventually lateral full time in sales and trading for Nomura, SMBC, or MUFJ because of significant other in Japan. Which bank would give me the best shot at landing a full time at these firms?
