Just came across this boutique, looks like it's very young, starting in 2021. I haven't found much about it on the forum, but seems they seen pretty active deal flow with a strong senior team. I have also heard they pay above street, in the range of EBs. Can anyone confirm/does have more thoughts on this firm, such as culture and trajectory towards being considered a competitive EB?
