Tidal Partners: pay / economics for early joiners
Obviously might be hard to tell this early, but is Tidal Partners rumored to pay their employees above street? Since they spun out of Centerview, I’m wondering if David Handler and David Neequaye intend to maintain CVP levels of comp. Since the firm is private and has a low head count, I imagine the unit economics for new joiners could be very attractive if there were profit sharing, etc.
