Transition from REGAL IB to RX

Monkeys,

I'm currently an ASO1 an MM IB shop focusing on RE. How hard is it for me to move to RX? My bank doesn't have RX function so I'll have to look externally and maybe even move upstream to EBs because those are the ones with RX groups.

Would also appreciate any reading/learning materials recommendations.

Thanks!
