Applying for internships with a weak resume content

I'm a sophomore at a midwestern business school (you could probably guess what), and I'm currently just going through the motions and just applying to any finance related internships in areas that work for me.

The biggest difficulty I'm having right now is the lack of content on my resume. The resume itself is full, well organized, and has 0 white-space. Where it falls short is in my professional experiences, I can talk a lot about them sure but none of them are finance related which I feel like is holding me back compared to a lot of my peers. I have an activity or two listed on some finance clubs from school but that's about it.

Really not sure what to do here, but I'm open to sending my resume out, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!
