Beginning IB Search in 2nd Semester of Soph Year
I'm at a non-target and I recently accepted a deal with a local consulting firm for 2023 Summer as my first internship and now I'm hunting for a 2024 offer from an investment bank - how would I even begin this search? I thought about like making a spreadsheet of like twenty or so IB firms and then trying to find associates on LinkedIn from there and inviting them to coffee chats but I bet they get a thousand LinkedIn messages - what should I do?
