You're not at a top BB for the job you're doing, so you shouldn't look at it as such. The odds of you transferring in-house are low. I'm not saying settle for a MM, but you also listed a wide variance in quality of banks. If it's a place like JEF or WB, take it. If its a lower tier place, keep recruiting
