Do analysts/associates agree to networking calls if they have no intention on hiring?
Trying to network for FT roles and I’m wondering if people just agree to a call just for the sake of talking or if their only intention in agreeing to the call is if they’re thinking about hiring in the back of their mind?
Had some people at good companies respond to me and I’m wondering if it’s because they’re being nice and letting me ask questions or if they think I can be a good candidate for a FT position.
